high probability codependent behavior is a major factor. perception you are giving all, need to do more, feeling that everything will fall apart if you don't do your part, perceiving yourself as totally unselfish, telling yourself you're not worthy, people-pleasing to go along, needing attention, needing to be loved and needed...many different scenarios.
