An old cowboy sat down at the bar and ordered a drink. As he sat sipping his drink, a young woman sat down next to him. She turned to the cowboy and asked, "Are you a real cowboy?"
He replied, "Well, I've spent my whole life, breaking colts, working cows, going to rodeos, fixing fences, pulling calves, bailing hay, doctoring calves, cleaning my barn, fixing flats, working on tractors, and feeding my , so I guess I am a cowboy."

This is a good (in my opinion) explanation:
The term “fetish” is used pretty loosely these days to mean anything really really turns someone on.
But there is an official definition, and here it is…
From Wikipedia.
“Sexual fetishism, or erotic fetishism, is the sexual arousal a person receives from a physical object, or from a specific situation”
So when the term is used “correctly” it is referencing a sexual need goes far past desire into necessity. For someone to have a clinical fetish person would have to have the fetishized item or situation involved 0% of the time in order to reach sexual arousal and climax.
What people frequently mean when they say fetish, is “kink”. Of course, language is fluid. Everyone works from a different internal dictionary and people might have a variety of experiences of words.
I’ve found “kink” is a more accurate term for most. A good way to look at “having a kink” for something is it’s an item/activity/situation you find deeply, consistently erotic but is not necessary for your enjoyment of a sexual encounter.
Kink is also frequently used as an umbrella term for “the lifestyle” or as a sexual orientation. It can be used to describe a collection of activities (“kinky sex” might include some bondage or spanking, etc) are enjoyed during sexual .
Fantasies consist of the wide world of your erotic imagination. Having a fantasy about something does NOT mean you actually want it to happen in real life, which is one of the magical things about fantasies. In our minds we can explore experiences may not even be possible, but are incredibly arousing to think about.
However using fantasies to fulfill a fetish (or kink!) can be a great compromise when the fetish (or kink!) is difficult or impossible to enact. For example, I’ve known many foot fetishists fantasize about feet while having more traditional sex. This is helpful when one partner isn’t interested in the others fetish (or least not every time) so both can still have a happy sex life.
Bottom line, language and terminology are not worth getting hung up on. We fantasize about our fetishes and fetishize our fantasies. As long as we’re all getting (consensually!) what we need to feel sexually satisfied then ’s what’s important
I have no true fetishes, a few kinks yes, and in truth most of my fantasies have been expirenced.

Happy Half Nekkid Wednesday, This post isn't on theme... hell can't even say I know what the theme is, but I know its wednesday ~ happy Hump Day everyone~ and it is also
#BellLetsTalk - an initiative by Bell Canada to raise awareness for mental health
people all around us are struggling with some of mental disorder, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and it is hard to talk about it for most of us, myself included. I tend to retreat when things bother me, and keep it bottled up inside. I know it's not healthy, but I still do it.
To allow someone like me to talk I truly a active listener, someone who genuinely cares about whats on my mind, I am sure not the only one like this.
So on this LET'S TALK day I want to encourage every one to LISTEN, take an interest and make it possible for that somebody who needs to talk to be heard
and SMILE... it costs nothing but to the right person it is priceless

The other day I came across a post regarding the lyrics of Paul Simon's
"50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" .... the song only lists 5 so the OP was looking to complete the list.
The site here is about MEETING not so much leaving so I was thinking of Euphemisms for having sexy, I found this list but have to admit a lot of them I'd never heard

I was just out of high school working my first full time job, was was a driver, the company had an office in the industrial part of town. I got called out late and had just gotten back into the yard around 10, I had to walk back to my apartment and the route was right by the office. I saw a light on in the bosses 2 floor office As I got closer I could see the occupants, He was kissing his assistant very deeply... by the time I got home ... walking the entire way with a hardon I was hooked on office sex
Other than some role playing I have never had office sex, even with over 20 behind a desk. Even today my thoughts drift to that peak through the window ago and it always gets me going
I no longer work in an office environment so the chances of striking that off the bucket list is low.
