Looking to set up first GB

I'm in the process of setting up a bound gangbang for myself. It is a birthday present . I want specific things happen and not happen and anything outside of what I asked for has be talked about and approved before doing it. I'm working on the logistics. The rules, basic requirements, non verbal safe signal, should or shouldn't have a peanut gallery and other tweaks. As it is I have replace a few people who have bowed out or stopped communicating ie not giving feedback on updates about the gangbang, not signing in a while. In a week I will post what roles I will be looking to fill and what basic requirements there are to fill each role. Like for example with the moderators you have to paying attention for people not following the rules and be assertive enough to someone out if they don't listen or do something their not supposed . This is for brainstorming ideas and basic gangbang and/or bound gangbang etiquette.
