I have a fetish of dressing up like the comic book hero Batman. I suppose if a label of me is needed here, that probably sums me up quite well :P
When I was growing up, probably about the age of 10 years old, I was captured by the world of Batman, specifically the 60's TV series starring Adam West. I fell in love with the world of Batman and all these villains he would have to face off with, week in and week out. The bit that captured me during the show however, was the capture scenes. I found myself utterly enthralled with Batman being caught and then watching him trying to escape from some over the top trap which would cut short the hero's crimefighting career. It wasn't long before I started fantasising myself in his situation. I wanted to be in that costume, and I wanted to be in those traps, struggling to escape.
In the next few years, I obviously began the process of adolescence and found these fantasies had a definite sexual edge to them. The traps were sexual in nature and the villain and villainess had definite intentions of humiliating me as the Dark Knight, making me succumb to my deepest darkest desires. I also noticed certain parts of the costume were attractive to me. The knee high boots and the long gloves were a particular focus which developed into full blown leather boot and glove fetish. For me, seeing a woman in thigh high boots and opera length black leather gloves has me very weak at the knees.
Being fascinated with Batman, I searched for more of him and learned about the DC comics, the movies and the cartoon series. The movies never held much interest to me, there wasn't the same traps that the 60's series had, and the costume did nothing for me. The comics and the cartoon however had me much more interested. It was through those that I started to make a picture in my head of how I wanted my own costume to be. I knew eventually I would want to have my own Batman costume just so I could play out my fantasies with just a little more reality.
However it remained a fantasy until I was about 23. During this time I noticed that I had a possible bicuriousity to my fantasy. I didn't mind if it was a woman or a man who played the villain in my fantasy and used me sexually. Both of those thoughts were as equally erotic to me as the other, and I had started to meet people online who shared this fantasy of mine, making me feel like I wasn't so alone in this world. There were other Batmen, and all kinds of heroes, but there were also many villains.
By 23, I met a wonderful woman online through other interests and we soon developed into a close relationship. I revealed to her that I had this fantasy and I fully expected her to go running to the hills. Instead, after she took in the information, she showed her interest in what my fantasy was, and she was the one who pushed me to finally get to work on putting a costume together. I don't know why I never started sooner, but she helped give me that push. It probably took over a year before I got a costume that I was fully satisfied with and those are the pictures you can see attached to my profile.
I'm now married to that woman, and she also has her own costume, that being the purple styled Catwoman costume, with yes, black leather thigh high boots and long black leather gloves. Yes, I can never tell myself enough how lucky I am to find her. I recently moved from my home in Liverpool, UK to the US and we are now living together and I hope to post pictures of all the antics we get up to.
So, after describing my journey to where I am today regarding my fetish of dressing up as Batman, why am I here? I'm here mainly for friendship and knowledge.
